Shipping & Fulfillment Policy
1. Processing Times
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24–48 business hours of receiving confirmed payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Carriers & Rates
We utilize Canada post for domestic shipments.
- Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 3–5 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Flat rate $20.
3. Discreet Packaging
We understand the need for professional discretion. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging (such as standard bubble mailers or boxes). The sender name on the shipping label will appear as “V.A. Logistics” or a similar abbreviated name to maintain your privacy. No mention of “Peptides” or “Research Chemicals” will appear on the outside of the package
4. Tracking & Delivery
Once your package is in the hands of the carrier, we rely on their tracking updates. If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please check with neighbours or your local post office before contacting us.
