Refund & Return Policy
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of laboratory research chemicals and the strict climate-control requirements for maintaining peptide stability, Vital Aminos cannot accept returns. Once a product has left our facility, we can no longer guarantee its purity or structural integrity; therefore, we cannot restock or resell it.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the incorrect items, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
- Please email vitalaminos@protonmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product.
- If a mistake was made on our end, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost to you.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet entered the fulfillment process. Once a tracking number has been generated or the package has been picked up by the carrier, the sale is final and cannot be canceled or refunded.
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
We provide tracking for all shipments. Vital Aminos is not responsible for packages that are marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but are missing. We recommend monitoring your tracking information closely to ensure a secure delivery.
5. Laboratory Testing
Our 99%+ purity guarantee is backed by independent third-party lab analysis. If you believe a product does not meet the specified purity standards, you must provide a certified COA (Certificate of Analysis) from an accredited USA-based laboratory to be eligible for an account credit or replacement.
